Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, images, and prices. Listings must comply with our Posting Policies.

5. Transactions

All transactions are between buyers and sellers. bskymarket does not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee any transaction. You assume all risk when buying or selling.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent any platform security measures
• Use the platform for spam or unauthorized advertising
• Scrape or collect user data without consent

7. Content

By posting content on bskymarket, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content in connection with the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Disclaimers

bskymarket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bskymarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
